Design.....My Life, My World,
My Passion!

My career as an architect cultivates me to be a more prolific artist in my work. My passion for overall arts began in my early years. With great fascination, I realized my artistic drawing abilities when I was 10 years old. This quickly evolved into woodworking and creating jewelry at age 12 and by high school I was taking architecture and art classes. This was my calling, it became an expression of myself and fueled the inspiration and passion I have for design.

Throughout the years, I just made jewelry for myself, family, friends and to give as gifts. I have had many people come up to me for years and comment on my unique jewelry and ask where I bought it and then told me that I should sell my work. In addition to my jewelry, my artistic and creative explorations have led me into metal sculpture, furniture, light fixture and clock design, along with fused glasswork, drawing, and painting. I have a strong passion and fascination with the manipulation of metal....oh-yes, and fire! It's my favorite material to develop art. Contrasting colors and materials with metal, abstract compositions, sensuous curves, texture and uniqueness defines my approach.

Design, design, design.......I constantly get distracted thinking about or envisioning new design ideas and quickly sketch them out on my 'transit on-the-go sketch pad'. Therefore, I have multiple sketch books pretty much in every location.....a few in my workshop, in my car, in my purse, by my bed, in my office, in my briefcase- I am never without one!

Developing my artistic business finally evolved and collaborates nicely with my architectural career.  I hope you enjoy and feel my passion I put into each and every unique one-of-a-kind piece!
